History taking is the first step in diagnosing the cervical spine. Because chiropractors so often treat conditions that are "functional" in nature -- that is, conditions in which there are not frank medical diseases and where signs and symptoms are often important clues to diagnosis -- chiropractors emphasize in-depth history taking.

Comprehensive Exam - $55-at time of service
Detailed focused exam of the spine and neck with the use of xrays (additional charge for x-rays if taken) and adjustment.

Adjustment - $41 - $55 or $32 paid at the time of service disc. Use of manual or activator method using the specific application of force to facilitate the body's correction of vertebral subluxation.

X-Rays can be taken on site if applicable.

Thomas C. Schwartz, DC studied and received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1981 from California State College. Following his degree he was then introduced to Chiropractic work by a colleague and friend. In doing some research on Chiropractic studies and it's value to the body's tissue and function he decided to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic where he received his degree in 1984. He has been practicing Chiropractic work since 1985 for over 20 years now and has been in his own private practice , All Star Chiropractic and Massage, for 15 of those years.

Dr. Schwartz's purpose is to provide quality and affordable health care to his patients. His focus and goal for every patient is to restore structural balance and function to the spine. Spinal misalignments with joint dysfunction distort the surrounding soft tissue, creating imbalance and symptoms. Chiropractic adjustments relieve those symptoms , improve function, and re-establish good posture and biomechanics.

Dr. Schwartz has seen patients of all ages, from infants to seniors and knows how to work with a gentle hand. He listens to his patients as they describe their level of pain, what their daily demands are on their body and the things they would desire to do again to enjoy life and their hobbies.
